From a Vision to Reality in 6 Low-Stress Steps
Molinari Pools’ mission is for our clients to experience stress-free, high-end pool ownership. But what is the process like from the initial contact to the final result?
Step 1: Client Inquiry/Referral
Simply call us at 772-778-2633 or contact us online. We’ll provide you with our Dive-In Form to gather more information about your dream project, including its desired timeline, budget, and aesthetic outcomes. We then schedule your in-person consultation with our Sales Representative to discuss the project scope and details.
Step 2: Client Consultation/Site Assessment
Our Sales Representative will visit your site and discuss your design/build project to prepare pricing and ensure a clear and realistic scope of work.
Step 3: Delivery and Discussion of Estimate
Based on your feedback in the Dive-In form, and our discussions with you, we will create and deliver an estimate specific to your desires and discuss with you the costs and benefits. Often some revisions are desired. When we are in this phase, you are dreaming about what you really want and a few additions or deletions are expected.
Step 4: Material Selection Meeting/Proposal Acceptance
When planning your pool project, we use the Molinari Pools Showroom to explore the various materials available. Once you’ve made your selections, we’ll generate a proposal that includes an estimate and a detailed project scope. If you’re satisfied with the proposed plan, you can accept and secure it with a deposit. Then, we can define a tentative start date for the project.
Step 5: Permitting Application & Material Procurement Begins
Permit application and NOC will be signed at the same time at the proposal acceptance. We will work with local professional engineers to create the appropriate engineered plan documents. Then, we will submit the permit and plans to the local building department for review and approval. We will also begin procuring materials per the selections made.

New Pool/Spa Builds: Permits, HOAs, and Site Conditions
Our team is fully equipped to handle the permitting process on behalf of our clients. A certified property survey is necessary to ensure proper planning and permitting.
Clients residing in an HOA community must understand and follow the HOA rules/requirements and ensure proper paperwork is submitted to their HOA. Knowing who to contact and where to access necessary project information is helpful.
Ideally, the land should be clear and flat. However, we can assist with all necessary work if site conditions differ from this ideal scenario. It is important to note that additional cost and time should be expected for tasks such as site planning, clearing, grading, and retaining walls.
Why Select Molinari Pools?
